Camila Friedman-Gerlicz grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she was introduced to ceramics in high school. In 2014, she completed a Post-Baccalaureate year at Syracuse University, and in 2015 she completed a second Post-Bacc year at Colorado State University. She now resides in Austin, Texas.
